| Christopher Ball is founder and President of Strategic Initiatives, Inc. Chris has over 15 years experience managing the growth of technology products. He has successfully demonstrated an ability to develop and execute business strategies across the globe using innovative approaches. Prior to starting Strategic Initiatives, Inc., Chris was Director, Business Planning and Product Development for a new business venture within International Rectifier, the market leader of power semiconductors. Chris was instrumental in developing the strategy and business plan that led to securing $40 million in capital for launching the venture. Subsequent to its launch, he played a crucial role in managing growth and maintaining strategy that resulted in increasing revenues by more than 500%. His leadership in the product development arena also led to several successful product introductions. Before joining International Rectifier, Chris held various leadership roles at TRW Inc. Throughout his 10-year career there, his focus was development of new technology products and business development for major automotive OEMs, both domestic and international. Chris earned his MBA from Purdue University, the Krannert Graduate School of Management and his bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tennessee.
